Job Description
The remote customer service representative provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart through a thorough understanding of Copart practices. The CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function of this role is to provide inbound phone support to Copart members through the lifespan of their membership with Copart. This is a work from home position for 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Act as the face of the company, being the first point of contact for customers
Understand and apply Copart practices to meet customer needs
Provide solutions and support to clients
Answer and place calls in a professional manner
Requirements
