Now it’s a one on one audio class, tutor. It’s an audio class online booking system that is home-based. The pay ranges from 8446 to 98.4 for every 20-minute class. If you meet the attendance incentive requirement, the base rate is 82 pesos. There are monthly incentives achievable every month, as well as quarterly incentives and pay raises based on teaching performance. The schedule is flexible, with a minimum of 15 hours per week, and 100 teaching materials are provided for all requirements.
Requirements

Job Opportunities with Okay in Japan
Okay, based in Japan, is currently seeking online part-time tutors for elementary school students. The working conditions are flexible, with tutors required to work at least once a week on weekdays and/or Saturdays. The working hours are between 3:30 to 8:00 p.m. JPT, which translates to 2:30 to 7:00 p.m. Philippine time.
Work Details
Each lesson has a duration of 50 minutes, and tutors will be teaching from home. All lesson materials and plans will be provided by the company online. Tutors may be asked to prepare a headset if necessary, depending on the audio conditions of their PC and working environment.
Payment Rates
For group lessons, the rate is 300 pesos per 50-minute lesson. Tutors will receive an additional 20 pesos on top of the base rate, making it a total of 320 pesos for a group lesson. The payment structure ensures fair compensation for tutors’ time and effort.
Qualifications
